MITCH was founded on February 11, 2005, under the name MITCH Production. In 2008, a team of recruitment experts took over and upgraded it into a corporation, registering with the SEC, POEA, and DOLE. This strategic shift propelled MITCH to become one of the country's most trusted full-service recruitment agencies.
